My cans were dented and teetering on the table upon setting it down. I reached out before the review. I don't think for a minute it was delt with correct. I was trying to ask if maybe machines were hitting wrong because of the way the dents were. I asked if maybe froze because of the teetering. I pretty much got told off. The product itself was fine the packing I'm not impressed with at all. The cans were falling out of the holders when I went to pick up. I could rate the drink at 4 star but as for the person that responded to me I would rate 0 stars that wasn't very professional at all. I wasn't trying to be rude (as I told I was being) I was trying to tell your packaging for the drink was beat up and I expected quality even for packaging. I paid quality price and I really did expect good quality. They went on to tell me that this is just common sense we are in Minnesota and it could have froze. On that token so is NIE bottling out of Bemidji Minnesota and there product does not show up like this nor would we put it on shelves (it would have been sent back) which I probably should have did in the first place. It was more of a question when I first got ahold of your company of how all the dents are around the same place and look alike (why I thought maybe it was machine.) I am pretty sad and even disgusted with how this was delt with by a business. They went as far as looking me up and telling me what I've done wrong in my life (that's a little creepy) and really had nothing to do with why the cans came dented and wobbling on a table when I set it down. Like I said I was called rude, my personal life was looked into by this company over me asking why packaging was so messed up. Then being told it was common sense. I find something wrong with the way this was delt with and am not impressed with whomever writes to your clients. And again the drink itself was fine but at over 100 dollars I expected better. I paid quality price and expected quality packaging even. So in the end the drink I could rate a 5 on the packaging 1 and customer service 0 or lower. Thanks and have a beautiful day!

We are always happy to address any concerns or issues you may have, provided they are communicated clearly and respectfully, without any veiled threats. We're not sure what you're referring to regarding your 'personal life,' and we'll leave it at that.

We ordered the case of homegrew and are very happy with the order. It took almost two weeks to arrive, but was over the holidays which may have caused a delay. We will definitely order again!
