Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing times may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, holidays, regulatory requirements, or carrier delays.
We currently ship only to jurisdictions where our products may be legally shipped.
Age Verification

Additional age verification may be required before shipment or delivery.
Orders that fail age verification may be cancelled and refunded, less any non-refundable processing fees where permitted by law.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products and applicable health and safety considerations, we generally do not accept returns of opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
We may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
